  • Ryan Probert: The Bears – a composition specially commissioned for the orchestra’s 30th anniversary.
  • Saint-Saens: Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso for violin and orchestra with our soloist Isaac Williams.
  • Mozart: The Magic Flute Overture
  • Gershwin: Summertime with Nadia Postolatii (soprano)
  • Song transcripts by Bernstein: Somewhere
  • Ravel: Bolero

Tickets:  Adults £10 on the door.

Free entry to those in full time education.

Retiring Collection: Monetary donations for The Forest Foodbank

Parking: Parking is free in Coleford in the evenings. The car park next to the Church is likely to be full with orchestra members cars. The roads in the centre of Coleford will be closed during the day and early evening for the Christmas Market and Light  Switch On. Although the advance warning signs say 10.00 -20.00 hours maximum we have been told that the roads should hopefully be open by  about 18.30.

By the way, our next concert will be at Newnham On Severn Church. Keep the date  17th March 2018 in your diaries.
